Planning a vendor show in Atlanta? You need space that works as hard as you do. At Ambient Plus Studio, we've hosted vendor shows that range from bridal expos to creative markets, and we've learned what makes these events succeed. Our 100 year old cotton factory in the West End offers the flexibility, natural light, and logistics that turn a crowded floor plan into an experience vendors and attendees actually enjoy.
The Space and Setup That Vendor Shows Need
Vendor shows require room for booth displays, attendee traffic flow, and practical logistics. We offer 25,000 square feet of flexible industrial space designed for creative use.
Multiple Stages for Different Vendor Needs
Stage 1 gives you 10,000 square feet of hardwood floors under 15 foot ceilings. That's enough space for vendor booths, attendee flow, and demo areas. The large factory windows and exposed brick walls create visual interest without competing with vendor displays.
Stage 3 offers 1,650 square feet of active space with hardwood floors, exposed brick, and 11 foot ceilings. Stage 4, our skylight studio, provides 2,790 square feet with white brick walls, a mirrored wall, and effects lighting in the RGB spectrum. You can bundle multiple stages to separate vendor categories or create workshop space.
The Quonset is a 10,500 square foot industrial warehouse with concrete floors and skylights. It includes ground level and dock high unload with drive in access, which makes loading efficient for vendors with heavy displays or equipment. Off street parking for eight vehicles means your key vendors can park close to their setup.
Natural Light for Product Displays
Our large factory windows throughout the venue provide natural lighting. Stage 4's nominal skylight and 18 foot sloped ceiling create bright, even light. The building was designed by a professional photographer, which means light was prioritized in every space.
We're open seven days a week, day and night, so you can schedule your vendor show when your audience is most available.
Flexible Furniture and Setup Options
Your eight hour rental includes tables, chairs, storage space, parking access, and furniture setup and breakdown. We also offer in house furniture rentals. Farm tables work well for artisan goods. Standard tables suit service based vendors. Specialty chairs can create lounge areas for attendees.
Stage 1 includes a kitchen with refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves, plus a hair and makeup room and a wardrobe room. If your vendor show includes beauty demos, styling sessions, or food sampling, the infrastructure is here. Stage 3 has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave.
Easy Load In and Load Out
Stage 1 offers ground level access. Stage 3 has ground level load in and load out access with an optional private entrance. The Quonset provides drive in access. Vendors can move displays and equipment without navigating stairs or narrow hallways.
Parking is available for over 200 cars, though it's not obvious from the front of the building. We have off street parking for five vehicles at Stage 1 and on street parking for 20 more. The venue is fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
Conclusion
Vendor shows succeed when the space supports your logistics, gives vendors room to showcase their work, and creates an experience attendees want to attend. We offer the square footage, natural light, flexible layouts, and easy load in that make vendor shows run smoothly. If you're planning a vendor show in Atlanta, we'd like to show you how the space works.
