Your first dance unfolds as dusk settles in, with string lights glowing against dimming daylight.
Choose Your Ceremony Backdrop
Stage 1 gives you multiple ceremony location options in one space. Some couples set chairs facing the 28 by 14 foot cyc wall for a clean look. Others position the ceremony in front of the exposed brick. When you add our ceremony fee, we include a crew to flip your ceremony space into your reception layout, plus two additional hours in Stage 1 for a total of 10 hours.

This building was constructed in 1910 as a cotton factory that produced fire retardant fabrics for 84 years. Jason Ivany purchased and restored it in 2007, transforming it into the daylight photography and event studio it is today. We've hosted couples who draped fabric from the ceiling beams, set candles along exposed brick ledges, and used our farm tables with simple greenery runners.

Stage 1 can hold 500 guests for ceremony or reception. Couples use furniture arrangement to define intimate zones within the larger space. Farm tables create a communal dinner feel. Lounge furniture in one corner becomes a quieter conversation spot.
If you're planning a smaller celebration with up to 50 guests, Stage 3 offers 10 hours in that 1,650 square foot space with hardwood floors, exposed brick, and 11 foot ceilings. Stage 3 includes tables, chairs, an A/V system, furniture setup and breakdown, and a hair and makeup nook. You won't need a day of coordinator for this package.
Build Your Own Vendor Team
Our open vendor policy means you bring your own caterer and your own alcohol. Your caterer must carry insurance, and alcohol must not be sold but can be served by a licensed caterer with a full bar setup. This flexibility lets you build the menu, the bar, the florals.
Use Multiple Stages to Shape the Flow
Couples bundle spaces to create movement through the celebration. Stage 4, our 2,790 square foot skylight studio, offers white brick walls, a mirrored wall, and effects lighting in the RGB spectrum. Stage 3 and Stage 4 are both event ready and include tables and chairs. Bar kits and A/V are separate add ons for those stages.
